Shipping & Returns

At Imaan Kidz, we aim to make shopping with us as simple and enjoyable as possible. Please read the information below regarding shipping, delivery and returns.

Shipping

We currently ship worldwide.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

Express Delivery
Next working day delivery (where available)

Free Standard Tracked Delivery
Available on all UK orders over £50.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

During busy periods, including Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday and other promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Imaan Kidz is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address and you no longer wish to receive the order, we will refund the order value less any shipping costs incurred.

For orders that qualified for free delivery, a deduction equivalent to our standard delivery charge (£3.99 for UK orders) will be applied.

If you would like the parcel to be re-sent, an additional shipping charge will apply.

Refunds can only be processed once the returned parcel has been received and inspected.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived, please:

• Verify the shipping address provided.
• Check the tracking information sent in your dispatch confirmation email.
• Check with other household members.
• Check any safe places around your property.
• Check with neighbours.
• Contact your local delivery office or courier.

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us at info@imaankidz.com with your order number.

Claims for lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging where possible.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution where appropriate.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• All packaging, labels and tags must be intact.
• Items must be returned in a resaleable condition.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Opened or used personal care items
• Downloadable or digital products
• Gift cards
• Any item returned in a condition that prevents resale

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
